I was given king room with an extra bed and a lounge. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had fantastic views of town.

It has really good and welcoming staff and luxurious facilities. Amazing service and the food is great.

Really enjoyed the historic-style building and our well-appointed and beautifully maintained room with lovely bed linens. The staff were especially helpful and extremely helpful and provided great service.

It was as expected, had a peaceful stay on this road trip. I was happy with hotel's comfy and ideal location in the center of town.

There was the great breakfast and we appreciated the location as well.

Excellent value, room was newly decorated, staff were very friendly. I was here for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had magnificent views of downtown. The location was ideal and wonderful - ease of access to a regional museum. And the area was downtown, short walk to several restaurants & bars, the performing arts center and a local casino/lounge and the expo and city centre surrounded by good shopping. Appreciated my really nice stay at this hotel and would come here again.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this luxurious hotel, large rooms. I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. The view of downtown from the window was lovely. It was in a marvellous location quite close to Billings Montana.

Pleasant and incredible staff who were always there to help. I liked the room and its elegant decor.

I recently stayed at Northern Hotel in Billings for 3 nights during a road trip. The location is perfect, with a steakhouse next door and just a block away from the University of Nebraska and Hay Market Square. The hotel's decor is beautifully done, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable, with high-quality amenities. a wonderful stay!

Beautiful little hotel with great customer service. Efficient check-in, absolutely courteous employees. Well-appointed and beautifully maintained room, a shower and hairdryers in the room. Central location, just a short stroll away from Dehler Park Stadium. Excellant restaurant for breakfast.

Place was fantastic little and very upscale, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was great. The location was great, for example, an art museum was relatively near the hotel.

Reasonably large recently renovated rooms with in-room safe, a great view, wi-fi access. Wonderful and fantastic location for our visit to Moss Mansion approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
